Extracts buyer, deadlines, evaluation criteria, mandatory requirements, forms, page limits, and attachments. Every extracted item carries a page-level source citation so you can verify it in seconds.

Compares mandatory requirements against your approved evidence. Returns ELIGIBLE, CONDITIONALLY ELIGIBLE, or INELIGIBLE. It never assumes an unknown qualification is satisfied.

Scores service fit, past performance, contract value, win likelihood, effort, deadline feasibility, competition, strategic value, and capacity. Recommends pursue, pursue with conditions, pursue with partner, monitor, or decline. The score is decision support, not a calibrated award probability.

Builds the full requirements matrix: source, mandatory status, planned response section, evidence needed, evidence status, and risk level. Exportable to CSV.

Designs win themes and the response outline, then writes first-draft sections using only your approved evidence, cited inline. Missing facts become visible [CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED] placeholders — never invented.

A separate agent splits the draft into factual claims and verifies each against evidence. Another audits the package: every mandatory requirement answered, forms included, limits observed, contradictions flagged.

Low-confidence findings, unsupported claims, pricing, and legal certifications are escalated to human review. Reviewer time is tracked and published in our operations metrics.

You receive the bid decision, compliance matrix, checklists, and draft in your dashboard, with one revision included. You approve and submit the final bid yourself.
